There is a special rate for FONASA (Chile's public health insurance) patients, as well as current promotional discounts; ask about them when you book.

Booking

For a booking to be valid, a CLP 6,000 deposit must be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the session. The transfer details are provided when your appointment is confirmed, only from +56 9 6197 1519 or from reservas@sertu.cl.

Paying the balance

The remaining amount is paid once the session has ended, by bank transfer or credit card. We will never ask for your card details by WhatsApp, email or phone.

Cancellations and missed sessions

If you can't attend, let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll reschedule your session. If you miss a session without notice within that time frame, the booking deposit will not be refunded.

Adolescents

Adolescents (10 to 17) can only be seen if they attend accompanied by a responsible adult. The process is carried out in close collaboration with their mother, father or guardians.

Receipts and reimbursements

A receipt is issued for each session, reimbursable through Isapre (private health insurance in Chile) and supplementary insurance. The amount reimbursed depends on your health plan or policy.

Psychological reports

When the process requires it, a psychological report is prepared. Its content is confidential and is given only to the person receiving care or to whomever they authorize (in the case of minors, to their mother, father or guardian).

Confidentiality

All information related to your care is protected by professional confidentiality and by Chile's Law No. 20,584, except for the exceptions established by law. More details in the privacy policy.

Ser Tú is not an emergency service. If you or someone close to you is at risk, call *4141 free of charge (suicide prevention, 24 h), call 131 (SAMU, Chile's emergency ambulance service) or go to the nearest emergency department. Outside Chile, call your local emergency number (112 in Sweden and the rest of Europe).
