1. Data controller

Ser Tú · Atención Psicológica (Sandra Tapia Acuña), Ñuñoa, Región Metropolitana, Chile. For any questions about your data, write to us at reservas@sertu.cl.

2. Cookies and ad measurement

sertu.cl does not use its own cookies or analytics tools, and its form does not send information to our servers. Fonts, images and files are served from this same domain.

Only if you accept the cookie notice does the site load the Google Ads tag, to find out whether a visit that came from an ad ended in a click on the online calendar, a WhatsApp message, or a click on Ser Tú's phone number or email.

  • What is sent to Google: which of those contact options you clicked, the page of the site, technical browser data and the ad click identifier. What you type in the form is never sent, and clicks on the *4141 and 131 help lines are not measured.
  • Cookies: Google stores measurement cookies (for example, _gcl_au and _gcl_aw) for up to 90 days.
  • What we don't do: remarketing, personalized ads or audiences built from your visit.
  • Your choice: if you decline, nothing from Google is loaded. We store your choice in this browser for 6 months, without cookies, and you can change it at any time under “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal.

Google processes that data according to its own policy: how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

As with any website, the hosting provider may log technical visit data (IP address, date and browser) for security and operational purposes.

3. When you contact us or book

To arrange your care we use these channels, run by third parties that process data according to their own policies:

  • WhatsApp (Meta): the site's form only prepares a message in your WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it.
  • Online calendar (Google Calendar): when booking, you enter your name and contact details in Google's appointment system.
  • Email: reservas@sertu.cl.

We use that data only to arrange, confirm and manage your care. Please don't send clinical information through these channels: we'll talk about it in session.

4. Your health information

What you share during your care is recorded in your clinical record, which is confidential and safeguarded in accordance with Chile's Law No. 20,584 on patients' rights and duties and the regulation on clinical records (Supreme Decree No. 41 of 2012), which requires it to be kept for at least 15 years. It is only disclosed to third parties in the cases permitted by law or with your express authorization.

5. Adolescents

Data of minors is processed with the authorization and involvement of their mother, father or legal guardian, and always in their best interests.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, in accordance with Chile's Law No. 19,628 and, once it comes into force, Law No. 21,719, which adds, among others, the right to data portability. Write to us at reservas@sertu.cl and we will reply within the legal time limits. Deletion of the clinical record is subject to the legal retention period.

7. Security

The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and with policies that prevent third-party code from loading; the only exception is the Google Ads tag, and only if you accept measurement. We will never ask for your card details or passwords by WhatsApp or email. If you receive a suspicious message in the name of Ser Tú, check it by calling +56 9 6197 1519.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.

In a crisis or emergency, call *4141 free of charge (suicide prevention, 24 h), call 131 (SAMU, Chile's emergency ambulance service) or go to the nearest emergency department. Outside Chile, call your local emergency number (112 in Sweden and the rest of Europe).
